Charlie Frye, QB - In 13 games in 2006, Frye threw 10 TD's versus 17 IT's.  Considering it was his first full season as a starter, it is understandable that he would do better this year. However, don't expect any great numbers out of him. It would be surprising if Frye had over 3,200 yards and 15 TD's. His job could be short lived with the draft of Brady Quinn.

Jamal Lewis, RB - Lewis only had a 3.6 yards per carry average in 2006. His 1,132 yards were decent though and his 9 TD's were okay. Can we expect the same numbers behind the Browns offensive line? Probably close to them but don't expect better.

Joe Jurevicius, WR - Jurevicius seems to jump from team to team each year. For once he will be playing in the same place a second year in a row. This should only help him build timing with the QB. Still his QB is nothing to get excited about and even if he improved his numbers some across the board, he still is only worth a fourth WR on your fantasy team. Maybe a third WR at best.

Braylon Edwards, WR - In his second season, Edwards had a decent year, catching 61 passes for 884 yards and 6 TD's. He will likely be counted on a little more this season and Jamal Lewis might draw enough attention to open up the passing game a little more. 80 grabs, 1000 yards and 8 TD's is not too far of a reach for Edwards in 2007.

Kellen Winslow, TE - Injuries and accidents aside, Winslow finally played a full season and showed why he is worth having on a fantasy team. A TE grabbing 89 passes for 875 yards is always good to have. Unfortunately he only had three TD's on the year. In 2007 expect his yardage to end up around the same with a few more touchdowns. If he makes it the whole season that is.

ROOKIES

Brady Quinn, QB - There is no doubt that Quinn was drafted to take over the starting QB position. The only question is when that will take place. The usual debate will take place on if a QB is better off riding the bench for a year or learning on the job. The question is which side of the debate Cleveland's coaches take.
