Jeff Garcia, QB - Do not be fooled. There seems to be a hype about Garcia for how well he played in place of McNabb in Philadelphia. His 95.8 QB Rating and only 2 IT's are the numbers that look great. Very few fantasy leagues use the rating and many do not count IT's.  If your league does count IT's against the QB, he still wont be near as good as he looked in the second half of 2006. His numbers for 2007 will end up around 2600 yards, 18 TD's, and 14 IT's. These numbers are nothing to be excited about. Don't draft him early or even mid rounds.

Chris Simms, QB - At this point he does not look like much of a factor unless Garcia plays bad enough that they give him another chance.

Carnell Williams, RB - In 2005, Williams looked like an up and coming star. In 2006 he was never more than an average running back. Cadillac should pick it back up in 2007 but he will still not be a star until the defenses have to respect the passing game more. 1000 yards and 6 TD's.

Joey Galloway, WR - Galloways career has officially been rejuvenated in Tampa Bay. Two consecutive seasons of 1000+ yards and 7+ TD's makes him a decent WR to have on your fantasy team. Likely his 2007 numbers will be very close to his 2006 season. 1000 yards and 7 TD's.

Michael Clayton, WR - After two consecutive dismal seasons, Clayton is no longer considered a good fantasy option. Is it possible he could break 1000 yards again? Sure. But be smart and wait until he shows signs of it and then take him off of waivers if you want to take the chance.

Anthony Becht, TE - Becht is not worth a pick in any draft.

ROOKIES

The Buccaneers did not draft any players worthy of Fantasy note.
